Lots of considerations go into making the
decision of which theme our bookazine will have. For Issue 2 I decided on a
Midnight Garden theme and I’m thrilled with how it evolved.
Als we besluiten wat het thema van ons bookazine gaat worden, hebben we altijd veel te overwegen. Voor de tweede uitgave heb ik gekozen voor een ‘Midnight Garden’-thema, en ik ben ontzettend blij met hoe het uitgepakt heeft.
Over the last few months, bloggers and
designers have been secretly working on amazing projects within the theme, but
by the time the bookazine is released it already feels so long ago for everyone
working on it. Here are a few peeks at some of the projects you will find.
Gedurende de afgelopen maanden hebben bloggers en designers in het geheim gewerkt aan geweldige projecten binnen dit thema, maar tegen de tijd dat het bookazine uitgebracht wordt voelt het alsof het al ééuwen geleden is dat we hieraan werkten.

But this week, the printed copies arrived at
the studio and there was a scurry of excitement as we see all our work come
together in (what we think) is a feast or colour and inspiration! And of course Simy's Challenge is in their again. Here's a little peek but check it out in the bookazine and don't forget to #SimysChallenge if you create anything and upload to Instagram so I can see.
Deze week ontving ik de geprinte uitgaves in mijn studio, en er ging een golf van enthousiasme door ons heen toen we al het harde werk samen zagen komen in een (naar onze mening) festijn van kleur en inspiratie! En natuurlijk staat er ook een nieuwe ‘Simy’s Challenge’ in. Hier is een klein voorproefje, maar bekijk het natuurlijk vooral in het bookazine en vergeet niet om je projecten met #SimysChallenge te taggen als je iets upload via Instagram, zodat ik het ook kan bewonderen.
